1. This competition is open to all.
  2. Participation is allowed individually or in groups (maximum FOUR (4) people per group including Project Leader).
  3. The competition will is consists of TWO (2) categories which are:
    • Teaching and Learning
    • Innovation
  4. The ideas, projects, or product suggestions should SHOULD BEimproved in any previous competition.
  5. The competition will hold in VIRTUALLY which does not involve any physical exhibition during the competition period. The evaluation will conducted online by the appointed panel of evaluators.
  6. Each entry will charge for a fee as per the following details:
    • RM 200 / USD 55 per group(Maximum 4 participants)
    • RM 70 / USD 20 for the additional particippant (if any)
  7. The entry fee can be made an online payment, the details as below:

  8. Secretariat has the right to make amendments at any time or part of these conditions without referring to the participant.
  9. Each entry is COMPULSORY to send the competition materials as follows:
    • Digital Poster (format: PDF / JPEG / PPT)
    • Digital Slide (format: PPT / Powerpoint)
    • Video (Link: Youtube / Google Drive)
    • The cost of preparing the competition materials is under the RESPONSIBILITY of the OWN PARTICIPANT.
  10. The competition will be judged by a panel of evaluators who specialize in the field considered according to the categories and clusters provided, and the referee's decision is final. Any objection on the panel's decision will not entertain.
  11. The participants must upload all the exhibition materials in Google Form upon registration. The organizer will disqualify participants that not complete their registration.

  13. The closing date for submission of entry forms and competition materials is on 31 March 2021.
  14. The tentative summary of the competition is as follows:
    • Registration :1 December 2020 to 31 March 2021
    • Evaluation : 1 April 2021 to 9 April 2021
    • Announcement Selected Best Award Category (Top 3) : 5 April 2021
    • Award Announcement : 10 April 2021
  15. Results will announce on 10 April 2021 and publish in IAM2020 website through this link https://iam2021.arsvot.org/.
