  1. This competition is open to all.
  2. Participation is allowed individually or in groups which do not exceed FIVE (5) people per group
    (including Project Leader).
  3. The competition will be divided into THREE (3) categories as follows:
    • Fundamental
    • Innovation
    • Commercialization
  4. Product suggestions, ideas or projects should NEVER be contested in any previous competition.
  5. The competition will be held VIRTUALLY which does not involve any physical exhibition during
    the competition period. The evaluation will also be conducted online by an appointed panel of
    evaluators.
  6. Each entry will be charged a fee as per the following details:
    • Conference only: RM 150.00
    • Conference & Competition RM 200.0
  7. Fee payment can be made online as per the details below:

    • Slip payment must be attached to the registration form during registration
  8. The Secretariat at any time reserves the right to make any amendments to any part of these
    conditions of participation without the need to refer to the participant.
  9. Each entry is COMPULSORY to provide competition materials as follows:
    • Digital Poster (format: PDF / JPEG / PPT)
    • Digital Slide (format: PPT / Powerpoint)
    • Video (format: MP4 / MPEG / AVI etc
    • The cost of preparing the competition materials is under the RESPONSIBILITY of the OWN PARTICIPANT.
  10. The competition will be judged by a panel of evaluators who specialize in the field judged
    according to the categories and clusters provided and the referee’s decision is final. Any objection
    to the panel’s decision will not be entertained.
  11. All exhibition materials must be uploaded in the google form when registration is made.
    Participants who do not complete their registration will be disqualified.

  13. The closing date for submission of entry forms and competition materials is on 31 January 2021.
  14. The tentative summary of the competition is as follows:
    • Registration :1 December 2020 to 31 January 2021
    • Judging : 1 February 2021 to 14 February 2021
    • Award Announcement : 27 February 2021
  15. Results will be announced on 27 February 2021 and will be published in IAM2020 website
